Since Support AI is powered by ChatGPT, you can use it to integrate ChatGPT on your website. To do so, simply create a new chatbot and skip the training part. You can also modify the system prompt to make it custom to your needs. For example, if you want to create a chatbot that talks about your company, you can change the system prompt to "Tell me about your company". Integrating Support AI on your website means integrating ChatGPT on your website.

A training item is a piece of content that you can use to train your chatbot. It can be a link, text, file (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Youtube video.

At the moment, you would need to click on "Retrain" to update the content of your link. When you click on "Retrain", the chatbot will automatically retrain itself using the latest content of your link.

A message is a question asked by a user to your chatbot. For example, if a user asks 3 questions to your chatbot, it will count as 3 messages.

Yes, you can access the complete chat history of each chatbot by clicking on "Conversations" in the left menu.

Changes to your chatbot are live but your browser has probably cached your chatbot's file. To make sure that you are seeing the last version of your chatbot, visit your chatbot's configuration file and refresh it: https://widget.supportai.com/{chatbot_id}.js (replace {chatbot_id} by your chatbot ID).
